Generally, orders shipped worldwide take 4-20 days in transit. This varies depending on the country of delivery. We try to ship the products so that they reach you in the shortest possible time and at the most competitive cost.

Our warehouses operate during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays, when the warehouses are closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Packages that are damaged in transit
If you find that your package is damaged in transit, if possible, refuse the courier’s package and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for next steps.
